Coming soon… Adult Processing Group

I will soon offer an adult processing group which is a small group of folks who meet together for therapy once a week. It is a safe space to gather, work on life issues, process emotions and conflicts, hear from others and witness growth in you and them. A processing group brings a different and powerful energy to the therapy process and is a place to do therapy while with other people. Some gifts are that you learn to listen, hold space for, share and communicate in real time. Take turns sharing thoughts, feelings, impressions and work on what is happening in your life with other people instead of just with the therapist alone. Working in a group amplifies our ability to be “with” others in a new and more intentional way and to take these parts of us out into the world and into our personal relationships. If you are looking for a different way to experience therapy, a way to do therapy for a more affordable rate, or a place to practice these skills of sharing, witnessing and learning in a group setting, this is a great opportunity for you.

~ 3 month commitment upon signing up
~ all genders welcome, ages 18 and up
~ Tuesday nights 6:45-8pm or Saturday mornings 10-11:15am
